DESCRIPTION
Our Extended Day Preschool is in a private cul-de-sac located in Bothell, WA. We are easily
accessible from the 405, Bothell Everett Highway and Juanita Drive.
Your child will have the opportunity to spend their day in a classroom-like
environment filled with activities and toys that enhance cognitive and fine motor
skills.
We have a large fully fenced herbicide/pesticide free backyard with toys
that strengthen sensory skills as well as encourage large muscle movement. Because
we live in a place that does not always allow weather for outdoor play, we have created
a huge, fun and safe place for kids to use gross motor skills on rainy days.
We also have
a napping room right next to the learning room to provide kids with a quiet place to rest.
Our consistent schedule helps kids develop independence and confidence in everything they do.
QUALIFICATIONS
I am a certified teacher in the Lake Washington School District
and have taught Kindergarten-2nd grade for the past seven years.
I have additional experience in early childhood development through
my work as the Children's Program Coordinator and head Daycare Teacher
at The Child and Family Resource Council in Missoula, MT.
I am a devoted wife and mother, with a BA from The University of Montana in Elementary education, a MA from Western Washington university in Educational Administration, as well as a WA State Principal Certification and I am excited to share my love of learning with your family.
*Certified in First Aid/CPR.

I believe that the key to raising healthy, well rounded
children begins with respect for their individual and unique
needs and abilities.
I have created a curriculum that is aligned
with our local school district standards so your child will be well
prepared for future educational experiences.
Our daily activities are age appropriate and allow for integrating learning and play throughout each day.
